We provide the Services to recruit your Korean staff on behalf of you, not only located in Seoul, but almost in major cities of Korea.
If you have not any entity in Korea, you pay salary with expenses reimbursement from the overseas parent company to your local Korean individual employees, who will be bear risk without paying individual income tax to tax bureau.
Unless your local Korean individual employees have setup their own company, then you pay to the company, that will be no problem.
If your company still doesn’t want to set up a WFOE (Wholly Foreign Owned Entity) in  Korea due to some reasons, but you will recruit employees temporarily or by project base, we suggest you adopt this Korea Employment Outsourcing Services.
It means Evershine will recruit your  Korean local staff on behalf of your company.
And then we will take care of all kinds of relevant local services including of payroll compliance and expenditure process.

When your Korean local staff make expenses payment request from Evershine, It will bear corporate income tax because Korean tax bureau will get rid of C( final tax-nondeductible expenses).
Therefore you need to pay us 1.35 C to reimburse Evershine.

* Evershine will sign” Service Subcontract Agreement” with your company.
* Evershine will sign” Indemnification Agreement” among Evershine, your company and the local Employee.
*Evershine will sign “Labor Contract “with your local staff based on the term of your Employment Contract.
*Evershine will take care of these local employees complied with Korean regulations on Tax, Statuary social benefits and labor’s right.
*Evershine will take care of payroll calculation and expenditure payment request of these local staff. Then let you approve each payment and monthly payment sheet.
